Who We Work With

  • We offer boundary surveys to identify property lines, relationship of improvements to boundaries, identification of flood zones, etc.

These surveys are used primarily for property closings or refinances and assist in identifying any obstacles to insuring clear title.

  • we work closely with the individual property owner and/or their builder to help in placing the home in the best aesthetic position, clear of any easements or setbacks. At various stages, we may perform foundation and final surveys for financing purposes. Occasionally, an elevation determination or certificate may be necessary to ensure the home is not subject to flood hazard.

  • w\We offer detailed topographic surveys to facilitate site design. Being familiar with local city and county requirements, we address their specifics to represent accurately the existing conditions and features.

Boundary survey

A boundary survey establishes and marks your property's corners and provides signed and sealed survey drawings. It also shows important features and restrictions on the property, including buildings, fences, pools, easements, and other improvements that may affect ownership or use of the land.

topographical survey

A topographic survey provides a comprehensive map of your property's existing features and terrain, making it an essential tool for new construction and site development. It includes boundary information, contour lines, elevations, visible utilities, and trees in accordance with county requirements, as well as any additional data needed by engineers and design professionals for project planning.
